Architecture can be a gift to the planet.

Architecture can be a gift to the planet.

Hi, rebel! If you landed here, you’re in good company…

I'm Inés, an architecture graduate who chose to carve her own path. To me, architecture is far more than buildings; it's a catalyst for transformative change. Hence I aim to inspire architects, designers and creatives to express their unique potential. Having struggled to fit the conventional ‘architect’ mould, I now use my voice to instil self-awareness and inspire new possibilities — guiding others to break free from the same constraints I once knew to discover their innate power to create systems change. Currently writing a book and open to impact-focused collaborations.

What I stand for: To make the outer change our planet longs for, we need to make the inner transformation first.

Want to know how you can lead change from within? Read my latest reflections:

  • Creating systemic change and transformation is not a one-person kind of thing. Now, more than ever, we need to re-imagine together, synergize our gifts and do it how nature does it best: in collaboration. Just like the ‘master builder’ can’t and doesn’t need to wear all hats, we too can’t and don’t need to do it all alone.

 Manifesto:

We are not just architects. We are dreamers. Makers. Rebels. Catalysts. We break the rules and make our own. We respect the old but make it better. We don’t just ‘design buildings’ but think in wholes. Our degree is a foundation to redefine what’s possible. We know our worth and no longer settle. We reimagine a profession where we dignify and are dignified. A joint force that opens, not closes, to the challenges of our times. We love shaking things up by cross-pollinating disciplines. Nature? We don’t just design with it, we are it, and that changes everything. To us, space is more than an arrangement of walls on a block of land but a living organism that breathes, evolves and serves the inseparable web. It’s an opportunity to reconcile planet and people, body and mind. We understand that external change has to start inside. That when we embody what we hold dear and courageously embrace fear, we ignite ripples of transformation that echo far beyond this generation.

Join the shift!

My journey was adventurous and messy, and I would probably do it all over again.
